Firelands Adventure Tours have joined forces to build a memorable Total Eclipse Adventure.
The Total Eclipse Adventure includes complimentary parking with transportation to and from The Winerie, 6413 Hayes Ave., Sandusky. Leading up to the eclipse, guests can relax with indoor, reserved seating and enjoy a complimentary flight of their award-winning wine and gourmet snacks.
“We worked hard with two of our longtime business partners to develop a convenient, affordable, and safe one-of-a-kind experience for this once-in-a-lifetime event,” says Dick Ries of Firelands Adventure Tours.
Each guest receives a commemorative eclipse booklet with interesting and memorable eclipse information as well as safety viewing glasses that meet solar viewing standards.
Musical entertainment is provided throughout the adventure.
“The Winerie provides a premiere viewing location,” Ries says. “It’s rural so there’s no light pollution and it has an unrestricted view. We’re even going to have fun en route to and from The Winerie. We’ve planned for everything to make the experience one that our guests will remember throughout their lifetimes.”
How to get involved: Seats for the Total Eclipse Adventure are reserved in advance.
“We’re receiving so much interest for this adventure, especially from people outside our area coming here for the eclipse,” Ries says. “There are seats still available, but I encourage people to make reservations soon because we expect it to fill soon.”
